was looking through the richard manuel fan club page. liked him the most. there are theories about him taking his life when in rough shape. my theory is the uneven financial split led to uneven distribution of suffering. something rotten in the state of denmark if one person, who wasn’t the lead singer, gets all the money for writing the songs when what we heard were lead voices of richard manuel, rick danko  and levon helm.
