Walking through High Park this morning and hearing the many birds, like many radios blaring. Similar to an orchestra warming up, but then again why not listen to the orchestra warm up as if it is a song? Traffic, construction, airplanes – all a song. While doing the exercise routine at home, sometimes it feels boring but then what if everything before you was just a set in a play? Same line of thought like everything is a song. Tried to see how long that perspective could be maintained, not long at all. Not easy to play games of altering awareness and remain engaged but the other side is how does one arrive at thinking anything is boring or that everything isn’t a song?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
