When Clyde auditioned for the band Ginger was impressed and told him they would offer him the tour but there were conditions for being in the band. 1\/ no drinking during the show, 2\/ you were fired if you didn’t show up on time, 3\/ no hostility. He agreed to the conditions, it was a great opportunity, thirty-four dates across Europe but he found the third rule weird and after the show in Zurich asked Tony the road manager where it came from.
