there was a very self critical harp player. she thought she should be different than the way she was. she thought the problem was that her mind needed to be trained into being a different mind. despite great efforts on her part, this never worked. she heard of others who had it worse than her which made her feel a little better but only until the next time she was automatically critical again. then she had her awakening. it was an ordinary day filled with ordinary self critical ways, and while practising harmonica with the new bullet and fender deluxe she bought off craigs list, she made some triplets while overblowing and it was awesome, take that howard levy. and next moment she started to complain at herself how much better howard’s technique was and that’s when it hit her – she just turned it off. just like that. she was not only free she could also see that that thing was a thing and not her (whatever her was).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
