B: i take it back. i’m thinking and listening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: like conversation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B: precisely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: do you think about what you’ll say next?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B: yes and no. a conversation is a good example because sometimes you know what someone is going to say next, sometimes you don’t. sometimes you react the way you always did, sometimes you don’t. less predictable with new people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: and when you’re talking you’re thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B: right, maybe when i solo i’m also thinking, come to think of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: but what about things real fast, too fast to be thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B: right. i don’t know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: and how do you make up whatever you make up. do you think about it first?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
B: it’s too fast to think about it and yet i make it up. i have a hunch but whatever i try to do happens too quickly to say i’m thinking about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: then who’s making it up?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
