the old guy gave me some advice for my book. no one previously told me about nietzsche and music. i ordered it from the library. there was a part of the story that piqued his interest and talking with him felt like talking to an editor and then said for many years he was exactly that, an editor. it might not make sense to everyone but i’d rather not talk to friends, they flatter. give me insensitive and blunt. selected a new hot sauce from the zillions on display. this one called habanero and mango which made sense though it was from london, ontario, which made no sense. then again it got me curious and turns out to be more than fine. the old guy also told me which part of my story interested him most, the epiphany of the musician. i’m certain he’s right, especially since i don’t know how to convey it skillfully. i’m looking forward to reading exactly how nietzsche describes his own epiphanies.
