I finished All The Light We Cannot See. That’s some heavy duty talent. So many details to every description. Have to keep working on my book even though it is a much lower level of creativity, but in a way every time you consume a great work you might also gain something. There was a Sufi or a Zen story where a certain student became enlightened just from hanging around the teacher, it was enough. I knew an awesome musician who was a disappointing person, did mean things to vulnerable people and yet their relationship to music was amazing.
