The other secret weapon was a Toronto hot sauce I have amm evangelical about called FOC who&#8217;s peach fermented hot sauce wins the Juno every time.  Pretty certain it is an acronym and not the joke of an 11 yr. old as in foc-ing hot sauce. Making headway in the C\/C# scale and almost ready to move onto a third standard. Probably I&#8217;m In The Mood For Love.
