The Tranzac AGM is next week. I have some ideas for helping it and might try to join the board again. I think they could use a few more people who have been around long enough to know many stories and many solutions. I have been the curator for the art shows almost five years. It is a great job and we are currently booked up until November 2025. It isn’t an art gallery but a beautiful spectrum of interesting artists have shown here these years. I think the types of artists who agree realize it isn’t an ordinary gallery. That is part of their pleasure. It is the same at the open stage. The people who attend know it is not the music business. There is a group of actors who have a regular reading series on Mondays and I sense them too, it isn’t an ordinary theatre and that is why they come. To be a member costs $50 a year and you get free beer the rest of your life, it is a good deal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
