Drinking tea at a Coffee shop, went to get more hot water and the woman working said it was a dollar. I said are you joking? She said it is their new policy. On my credit card I was charged twice for the same West Jet ticket. I called them, endured a long time of horrible prerecorded music until a person arrived. She recognized the problem and removed the double charge. She added she wouldn’t charge me the $200 fee for that. I asked if she as joking she said no.
