Last week when Taylor Swift was in town, one of my students wrote about how amazing she is. How original and unique and how she has created something no one ever did before and changed the music industry forever. It was a lot for me to take in. I hope this student lives at least another thirty years and in 2054 reads back her essay and see how well it ages.
