Usually I avoid anything with Tom Cruise but somehow, the other night, found myself watching The Firm. There were two awesome characters and two awesome cameos. Young Holly Hunter and Gary Busey were the brilliant characters. Then Breaking Bad’s Dean Norris (Walt’s’s brother-in-law) and Elvis Presley’s promoter Jerry Weintraub unexpected cameos. In the scenes with Holly and Tom, it feels to me like one of them is playing a part and one is being it. When I think of Tom Cruise acting I think of Kenny G. musicking.
