In a couple of weeks, I’ll be playing in Dorchester and Stratford. The Dorchester show is also connected to a television production reminiscent of Channel 13, which makes the whole thing even more exciting, if you know anything about growing up in Winnipeg. This adventure began when I read about a Blue Rodeo tribute band and thought it might be amusing to jam with musicians whose job is partly to impersonate a band I once quit. I plan to do exactly that during my two days there. It will be either a reunion, an identity crisis, or a minor disturbance in the space-time continuum.
