Had some ideas around improvisations today. About the distraction that is so often present when performing. To forget about the audience as Freddie Stone directed me so intelligently 30 years ago, is totally smart but it isn’t really possible if you start to fuck up, play badly, make errors. That’s a whole other level of forgetting about the audience. Or is it just more voices in the head that truly do not exist? How could it be anything else?
