Y. Got some of that too. Whatever’s wrong with the world basically.

X. I’m into the other view.

X. In certain philosophical circles it is considered legitimate to view life itself as alive and doing everything exactly as it needs to.
Y. Are you for real?
X. I think so, for the duration of this lifetime anyway. 
Y. You mean like saying everything is doing exactly what it should be doing?
X. Yeah it’s a lonely batch of songs. None ever make it to the hit parade, but then again-
Y. Life doesn’t need songs like that being popular.
X. Right.
