My favourite rhyme this week surprised me as do all favourite rhymes. I made a playlist for my seventeen year old niece, for her birthday after discussing her musical tastes. One of the songs was Mind Games by John Lennon, a fantastic subject for a hit song, no? A song about the fact that people are playing mind games forever. Then in the end, during the fade out, as his voice is becoming less audible he adds something else “I want you to make love not war, I know you’ve heard it before”.
