Watching the Wizard of Oz with my daughter. Some great unexpected rhymes in the writing and dialogue. Among fave moments when the wizard conceded in bestowing the tin man with a heart a heart saying, “As for you my galvanized friend, you want a heart. You don’t know how lucky you are not to have one. Hearts will never be practical until until the can be made unbreakable” and the rhyme in the lion’s introductory song, “but I could show my prowess, be a lion not a mouse” (pronounced mow-ess).
