Looks like I need to do some comic book research in order to write the story as accurately as I desire for my thesis. I’m thinking the night Gwen Stacey died will figure into it. Gwen, in a romantic relationship with Spiderman, dies after the Goblin threw her from the Brooklyn Bridge and Spiderman thought he saved her shooting a web at her feet but retrieving her found her neck broke from the snap, a type of whiplash from his webbing and the velocity of her fall…or something like that as far as I can tell but I am no comic book authority. Just trying to get closer to the world of a 13 or 14 yr. old boy in the mid 70s. I’m pretty certain I know the soundtrack of this kid, it’s Will it Go Round in Circles by Billy Preston and Band on The Run by McCartney but what’s in his head from comics is what I need now, what hooked him and why.
