now I have made farinata 5 times and tonight was the best ever. I’m getting very good. I did several things different which contributed to the Juno winner this evening. I soaked only 2 hours, I skimmed off the part that looked gassy, I heated it first on the stove before completing it in the oven and I added thin sliced zucchini and onion along w the standard rosemary. smooch.
