I was listening to people discussing power and hierarchy. This is the wallpaper of university interiors. I hear this music often. Sometimes I hum along and other times I don’t hear the melody. Maybe the difference between sitting before flowers discussing their looks vs. hornets not liking your presence. The world of ideas is beautiful but the physical world never regrets stinging. Even more amazing the hornet’s achieved diversity, equity and inclusion long ago.
