Recently saw poster for Albert Lee playing Hugh’s room for two nights, just down the street from me. Couldn’t believe my good fortune, I missed him last year and have become very interested in his style. This poster excited me, I realized in an instant I would go see him this time, then stared longer at the date on the poster and realized it happened two weeks ago. So close but not close enough. Stay alive another year please Albert.
