empirically

In the Netflix recommendation Youtube site the guy addressed a bunch of films which were overlooked. His argument sounded compelling. I found him persuading and followed the advice; Robocop, the original one from the 80s. However. it proved a waste of time, though maybe it was cultural research. I did find the musical score interesting for when and where they used strings. Might pay off down the road in some unknown way. Glenn Loury’s recent guest, Jonathan Rauch, impressed me. I liked his take on John Locke and Empiricism. Seemed more immediately useful, picked his book up for the flight to Winnipeg. I witness so many arguments but how can empirical evidence be dismissed unless our modern times are about reeling back how far freedom of thought has gone? This time in Winnipeg I must find the two gravesites I couldn’t locate before. I know where to go this time. Insert action adventure music score. I just want to leave some stones where the animated bones of my old friends were last left to dustify. At one point Robocop takes off his visor and his partner sees his face. Then he asks about his wife and son. She explains they moved on. He looks down, it’s a look I share wanting to visit the cemetery though empirically I know it is just a walk in a Winnipeg field.
