Made farinata. Favourite food when I toured Italy and unfortunately all these years I incorrectly held the view it was complicated to make but couldn’t be simpler. Made it twice already, the second time without oil just to experiment or maybe to mourn the death of John McDougall the famous starch solution no oil guy who did have many things to say about the vegan world I enjoyed considering. There sure are many factions. Just like cameras, just like right wingers and left wingers, just like guitarists and orchestras. Life so short and so many hysterical experts. I also made sriracha, frightening how easy. It’s finished fermenting and now in the fridge. I must put a skull and bones logo on it for my daughter and wife to never accidentally add it to cereal.
