After the presentation at Ryerson a few of the students followed me out to the elevator so they could ask me questions directly instead of the risk of raising hands earlier before fellow classmates. Three specifically wanted to know how I went from trying to control everything when I was younger to later appreciating the value of collaborative thinking. Certain aspects of wisdom one only arrives at from experience I said. I could tell this disappointed them greatly.
