Many of my friends dislike Elon Musk and say he is manipulative and out to screw everyone. I have other friends who admire all the Teslas and rocket ships and they even think he is on the side of humanity. What stands out to me most is he addresses consciousness as the biggest of deals. I agree with mr. Musk-You-Ask, consciousness wins first place. The big mystery of the universe. If I understand his thinking correctly, trying to ‘colonize’ Mars is trying to make sure if we ruin Earth, consciousness might not go down with the ship. I loved the moment after William Shatner landed from his personal ride-the-rocket and first words were how dead it is out there, infinitely dead.
