A lot of my students are in their early twenties. I bet in forty years, as they notice the deaths of various artists who will then be in their 70s or 80s – Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, The Weeknd, the Jonas Brothers, etc. that they will think it incredible. So many musicians they loved will be no more. Bet they will wonder what to do with the time they have left in their own lives. I bet some might end up teaching people much younger than them and I bet one or two might think me and them now are they and them later.
