Now that I have been teaching at colleges off and on for ten years it’s a fact that not everyone shows up on time and there higher ups have no issue with it. That doesn’t make it less annoying. My evil plan is to make important stuff happen at the start of class which latecomers miss and later I add referencing those start of class exercises within assignments.
