CBC reports a story today, that York is ready to go back to the bargaining table, far from true. Cutting and pasting the submission of York’s publicist. CBC what’s wrong? Why not do investigative reporting? CUPE  never wanted to strike, York never agreed to previous meetings, hence York forced a strike.  York is trying to break a union whose issues are job security. York cut more than 700 union jobs. It is easy to check the sequence of events. Reporting York is willing to head back to the bargaining table is like reporting Trump doesn’t believe the women accusing him of assault. Hardly the whole story told with any credibility.
