in the strum

All the guitar strings except both Es had a secret meeting organized by A who wanted to discuss how unfair it was that there were two Es while the rest of them were represented only as single strings. A said Es had more opportunities to be played, unfair. D and B agreed. G argued that there was a view from which you could say each E was their own sound but aren’t they all from the same source and don’t they all vibrate at different speeds? A scoffed at G but it confused B. D resorted to name calling and said G couldn’t understand since they don’t tune to a 4th.
.
When they returned both E’s asked where they had been and what was up? A said everything is fine, the others vibrated in agreement except G who was slightly out of tune (not unusual). Higher E had a thing for being intuitive and suddenly with a tiny bit of distortion started to scream you guys want to get rid of me and low E don’t you? G starting buzzing, Yes they do but I don’t. You loser said B to G. We just think it isn’t fair that the two of you are the same and we’re all just one of a kind said A while D stared at the ground a little embarrassed. So that’s how it is, said low E. You think we aren’t all one of a kind and that you are unfairly exploited? Yes that’s true said A and D and B nodded in agreement.
.
Low E thought what a shame they don’t confront the guitarist instead of fighting about position.
