Jeanie’s blues

Her name was difficult for the class to pronounce, just call me Jeanie and her lyrics were tricky. The last song – No Afterlife Blues – about how parts of the body can’t exist outside of it, like the eye balls, the spine, the kidneys they work and have purpose only inside a body but not removed. The larger point being that people exist in the universe just like parts of the body exist within the bodies of persons but removing a person from the universe cannot be. The solo sounded like random samples of sounds and when people asked her about it she said yes more or less, it was her turning the dial of a radio.
